Mark Stewart will join Havilah Resources Ltd. as a nonexecutive director following the company's annual general meeting Dec. 12. Paul Mertin, who served as a nonexecutive director of Havilah since October 2013, will resign following Stewart's appointment.

Feisal Somji was not re-elected to the board of Rokmaster Resources Corp. following the company's annual general meeting, where shareholders voted to set the number of directors at five instead of six as proposed by management. Incumbent directors Michael Cowin, John Mirko, David Moore and Larry Okada, meanwhile, were elected.
