SITE Centers Corp. aims to sell up to $250.0 million of its common shares from time to time in at-the-market offerings.

The shopping center real estate investment trust may sell the shares through sales agents and by entering into forward-sale agreements.

Capital One Securities Inc., Evercore Group LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Regions Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC, BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC, BTIG LLC, Jefferies LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the sales agents.
