Peru's Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Nuestra Gente S.A.A. has named Luis Germán Linares Peña as general manager, effective June 14, according to a regulatory filing.

The appointment comes after the April resignation of previous General Manager Martin Antonio Naranjo Landerer.

The company also operates under the name Financiera Confianza SAA. In 2010, Financiera Confianza was bought by Fundación Microfinanzas BBVA, which subsequently merged it with Caja Rural de Ahorro y Credito Nuestra Gente.
