Honeywell International grosses $749.4 million from debt offering

Honeywell International Inc. raised gross proceeds of $749.4 million from an offering of 1.8% senior unsubordinated unsecured notes due Oct. 30, 2019.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital and redemption or repayment of debt securities.

Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. were the lead underwriters.

BBVA Securities Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., ICBC Standard Bank PLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets Inc., RBS Securities Inc., SG Americas Securities LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., Standard Chartered Bank New York, TD Securities (USA) LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC also served as underwriters for the offering.
