Banco BTG Pactual SA said its board approved a distribution of interest on equity in the net amount of about 27.40 Brazilian centavos per common or preferred share and 82.21 centavos per unit.

The payment will be made Jan. 12, 2017, to shareholders of record as of Jan. 2, 2017, the bank said in a Dec. 29 statement.

As of Dec. 29, US$1 was equivalent to 3.25 Brazilian reais.
