By mutual agreement, European Cobalt Limited will no longer proceed with the acquisition of Maroon Gold Pty Ltd.

European Cobalt said Dec. 27 that there is no outstanding obligations between the two parties.

The company also said it is exploring its existing assets portfolio while reviewing additional resource opportunities in different commodities and jurisdictions.
