AdamWing and M. Paige Miller joined the board of Broken Arrow, Okla.-based ,a unit of First Broken Arrow Corp.,the Tulsa (Okla.) World reported April 5. Wing serves as assistantmanager of Wing Financial Services LLC, and Miller is executive vice president andCFO of the bank, according to the report.


George Bridgesand Joel Leonard were named directors of Waukegan, Ill.-based NorthernStates Financial Corp. and unit NorStatesBank, to serveuntil the next annual meeting of stockholders. The appointments of Bridges and Leonardto the board bring the number of directors to 10, according to an April 5 news release.

Bridges,a former judge, was appointed a circuit judge in 2012 by the Illinois Supreme Courtand was elected to his position in November 2014. Bridges will be replacing CharlesSmith, who has been appointed his replacement on the bench.

Leonardis a partner with Golden Horseshoe Holdings in Kalamazoo, Mich., an investment adviserfor Balanced Asset Strategies in Chicago and a partner and portfolio manager withDCO Capital Management in Chicago, according to the news release.


was elected a directorof Salisbury, Md.-based Delmar Bancorpand unit Bank of Delmarvain 2015, according to the company's 2015 annual report. Bren is the president ofAtlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley, an independent insurance agency.


and Mitchell Leidneradvised the board of Jacksonville, Fla.-based EverBank Financial Corp on April 1 that they will not standfor re-election as directors of the company at the 2016 annual meeting of shareholders.

Armstronghas served as a director since 2011 and Leidner has been a director since 2009. Armstrong and Leidneradvised the board that their decision not to stand for re-election marks their retirementfrom the board and is not the result of any disagreement with the other board membersor with the company on any matters involving its operations, policies or practices,according to a Form 8-K filed April 6.

Davis has more than 30 years of mortgage and consumer lendingexperience, which include serving as manager of the banking technology and operationsadvisory group for PricewaterhouseCoopers' consulting division in Boston.

The Westerly-basedbank is a unit of Washington TrustBancorp Inc.


Tampa,Fla.-based HomeBanc NA,a subsidiary of HomeBancorp Inc.,named Charles Johnsonsenior vice president and commercial loan officer, according to an April 5 newsrelease. Johnson has more than 35 years of banking experience.
