Huron Capital's apparel platform buys novelty socks manufacturer Wheel House

Lower-middle-market private equity firm Huron Capital Partners LLC's portfolio company, socks and apparel accessories producer IQ Brands, paid an undisclosed sum to purchase novelty socks manufacturer Wheel House Designs.

The deal is the fourth add-on acquisition for the IQ Brands platform.

Gail Bourne, founder of Wheel House Designs, will remain in an active capacity with the Morrisville, Vt.-based target company.
