GreenwoodVillage, Colo.-based NationalBank Holdings Corp., the parent of , intends to consolidate sevenbanking centers in its Community Banks of Colorado footprint during the secondquarter, according to a Jan. 28 news release.
Sixowned banking centers were classified as held-for-sale during the fourthquarter of 2015, resulting in a fair value impairment charge of $300,000. The paybackperiod on the consolidation is expected to be less than one year.
NBHBank operates under the following brand names: Bank Midwest in Kansas andMissouri, Community Banks of Colorado in Colorado and Hillcrest Bank in Texas.
