City Office REIT Inc. paid $63 million to acquire the 206,770-square-foot Canyon Park Commons office complex in Bothell, Wash., the Puget Sound Business Journal reported, citing public records.

The seller of the three-building property was private equity giant Blackstone Group LP's EQ unit.

Biotech firm Seattle Genetics Inc. signed a lease at Canyon Park Commons in fall 2018 and is now moving into the property, the report added, citing an undisclosed real estate industry source.
