NasdaqInc. promoted Stacie Swanstrom to executive vice president of itscorporate solutions business and Bjørn Sibbern to executive vice president ofits global information services business.

Swanstrom previously held the role of senior vice president and led NasdaqCorporate Solutions.

Sibbern replaces Salil Donde, who is leaving the company to pursue otheropportunities. Sibbern most recently led Nasdaq's global commodities businesson top of his role as president of the Nasdaq Copenhagen Exchange.
