Five advisers from UBS and two from have turned independentand joined Wells Fargo AdvisorsFinancial Network LLC, or FiNet, Bank Investment Consultant reported April 5.
Bill Rouse, Jessica Harper, Jeff Burton and Steve Meyerpreviously managed client assets of more than $426 million at UBS. They nowoperate as Millennium Private Wealth based in Charleston, S.C., according tothe report.
Dan Axelson, also from UBS, had client assets of more than$54 million before making the transfer to the unit, the newsoutlet said. He now operates as Axelson Wealth Management.
John Ortolf and Kathleen Meyer joined FiNet from MorganStanley, where they had client assets of more than $70 million. They join ThePrinceton Group, an existing independent advisory group at Wells Fargo.
Representatives from UBS and Morgan Stanley declined tocomment, the news outlet said.
