Cornhusker Bank names 3 directors; D.A. Davidson appoints SVP

Banking

David Shiffermiller, Heather Crockett and Douglas Dittman joined the board of Lincoln, Neb.-based Cornhusker Bank, the Lincoln Journal Star reported.

Shiffermiller has been with the Cornhusker Growth Corp. unit for more than 10 years and is executive vice president of lending.

Crockett is the CFO of Legacy Retirement Communities, while Doug Dittman is the owner of a creamery and the Hub Cafe.

Cerritos, Calif.-based First Choice Bank promoted Sandra Sheffield to senior vice president and special assets portfolio manager.

Calvert Morgan Jr. will not stand for re-election to the WSFS Financial Corp. board at the Wilmington, Del.-based company's 2019 annual shareholders meeting.

Morgan has been a special adviser at WSFS Financial since August 2004, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Financial services

D.A. Davidson & Co. appointed Perren Thomas senior vice president of institutional sales.

Thomas joined D.A. Davidson in New York from FTN Financial Capital Markets, where he focused on credit sales.

Serrano joined the company in January as president.

Schroders PLC named Marni Harp head of institutional consultant relations for the U.S., Pensions & Investments reported.

Harp succeeds Richard Graham, who resigned to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Harp will maintain her existing relationships in her previous role as consultant relations director. Schroders will reassess the position as Harp transitions into her new role.
