Team Services Group, backed by private equity firm Alpine Management Services III LLC, acquired Circle Of Life Home Care Anishinaabe Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

The home care agency will operate within Team Services' platform Team Public Choices, which serves clients through Medicaid and other state-sponsored disability programs, according to a release.

Team Services provides household employment and home care solutions across the U.S.

Alpine focuses on middle-market companies in the software and services sectors.
