Two Allied World Assurance Co. Holdings AG executives left their positions, effective July 31.

Thomas Bradley, executive vice president and CFO, and Marshall Grossack, executive vice president and chief actuary, left the company. Their departures are being treated as a termination without cause under their employment agreements.
