Skanska USA Inc. signed an approximately $339 million contract to complete the final phase of renovation at the Farley Post Office in Manhattan, N.Y., with developers Vornado Realty Trust and The Related Cos. LP.

The real estate development company will construct the core and shell for about 79,000 square meters of office and retail space, as well as developing and installing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure, and restoring the building's historic facade.

Construction is expected to continue through 2021.
