DDR Corp. to change name

DDR Corp. will change its name to SITE Centers Corp. on Oct. 12.

The shopping center real estate investment trust will change its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange to SITC from DDR, effective the same day.

Separately, the company disclosed its guidance for the third and fourth quarters, and for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019.

DDR expects its operating funds from operations per share to be at least 30 cents for the third and fourth quarters.

For the fiscal year 2019, the company expects its operating FFO to be between $1.15 and $1.20 per share.

The S&P Global Market Intelligence FFO-per-share consensus estimates for the third and fourth quarters come to 31 cents per share. For the fiscal year 2019, the S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus FFO-per-share estimate is $1.23.
