St Mark Homes H1 profit climbs YOY

St Mark Homes PLC said its normalized net income for the first half was 3 Great British pence per share, an increase from 1 pence per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was £90,220, a gain from £33,520 in the prior-year period.

Total revenue rose on an annual basis to £1.2 million from £67,500, and total operating expenses climbed on an annual basis to £1.1 million from £116,220.

Reported net income rose year over year to £115,480, or 4 pence per share, from £53,630, or 2 pence per share.
