SunTrust EVP fatally stabbed in home

An executive vice president of SunTrust Banks Inc., BrianSzabo, was fatally stabbed in his home in Richmond, Va., the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported April 3.

Szabo, 55, was with SunTrust and its predecessor companies for26 years and served as executive vice president for corporate operational risk atthe time of his death, a spokesman for the bank told the Richmond Times-Dispatch.

Police have arrested Nigel Walker, a friend of the victim's family,and charged him with murder, the report added.
