Portland General Electric Co. appointed eBay Inc. executive Marie Oh Huber to its board of directors, increasing the size of the board to 12 members from 11, effective May 24.

Huber will serve as a director of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders in April 2020, according to a filing. Huber will also serve on the board's compensation and human resources, and finance committee.

Huber currently serves as senior vice president, legal affairs, general counsel and secretary of eBay.
