Stephen Mackey was "separated from service" at MGIC Investment Corp., where he was executive vice president and chief risk officer, effective as of May 6.

Mackey also resigned as an officer and/or director of MGIC and its subsidiaries in connection with the end of his employment. His departure did not involve the company's strategy, prospects or financial reporting.
