TD enters buyback agreements

Toronto-Dominion Bank, pursuant to an ongoing normal course issuer bid, entered into buyback agreements with two arm's-length third-party sellers.

Between Oct. 10 and Dec. 1, TD will buy back up to 3,580,000 of its common shares through daily purchases from one party. Should the maximum number of shares be repurchased before the program's close, TD will commence repurchasing up to 4,400,000 common shares from a second party, again until Dec. 1.

The shares are being repurchased for cancellation.
