Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. appointed Samir Pandiri president of Broadridge International.

He will be based in London and will be responsible for the company's post-trade technology, global proxy and asset management data and technology businesses outside of North America. He will be focusing on Europe and Asia.

Pandiri previously was the global CEO at Bank of New York Mellon Corp.'s asset servicing division and a member of its senior leadership team.
