The company named Executive Vice President Atsuo Kyono as thecandidate for the position of representative corporate executive officer-executivevice president.
Meanwhile, the company nominated six people to serve as directors,while 15 people were named candidates to serve as members of the nominating, auditand remuneration committees.
All change in job titles and positions are expected to be effectiveas of the end of June. Mitsubishi Estate will solicit approval from shareholdersduring a scheduled ordinary general meeting in late June.
