Arc Exploration Ltd. has appointed Simon O'Loughlin as a nonexecutive chairman, it said Oct. 12, as it looks to re-establish the company as a regional explorer.

O'Loughlin, along with Simon Taylor and Andrew Cooke, joined the company as a nonexecutive director earlier in the week.

Nonexecutive Chairman Bruce Watson, Managing Director Jeff Malaihollo, nonexecutive directors John Carlile and Max Ramajaya, and CFO Cahyono Halim resigned from their positions.
