RSA Insurance Group Plc is close to selling its £600 million U.K. legacy book to Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd., The Insurance Insider reported Dec. 16, citing unnamed sources.

Enstar Group Ltd. and Armour Group Holdings Ltd both submitted lower bids than Catalina, which is therefore the front-runner for the potential acquisition, according to the publication's sources. But the transaction has not been finalized yet and may still be called off, they added.
