Andrei Dudoiu, deputy CEO of Banca Transilvania SA, will leave the lender by Feb. 1, 2018, to focus on personal endeavors, Romania Insider reported, citing information obtained by Profit.ro.
Dudoiu will remain involved in various projects of Banca Transilvania, the Dec. 27 report noted. He joined the bank in November 2002 and became deputy CEO in 2013, covering the corporate segment.
