The Becker Milk Co. Ltd.'s board declared a special dividend on the company's class B special and common shares of C$2.00 per share.

The dividend is payable Jan. 20, 2020, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 30.

Providing an update on its ongoing review of strategic alternatives, the Canadian property company said its board has engaged in negotiations with potential suitors over the last few years, but none of the talks is active. During this period, the company has sold 20 investment properties.
