Transition, Forum stake more claims around Janice Lake copper project

Transition Metals Corp. and Forum Uranium Corp. said Feb. 17 that they staked an additional 15,331 hectares of claims around the Janice Lake sedimentary copper property in Saskatchewan.

The claims cover more than 30 kilometers of the prospective copper trend and will boost the size of the property to over 190 square kilometers.

Forum recently secured an option to acquire Janice Lake from Transition.

The transaction was in line with Transition's business model whereby it seeks partners to fund the exploration of its projects to minimize shareholders' equity dilution.
