Golden Arrow ResourcesCorp. said July 13 that it raised C$6.2 million in a fully subscribednonbrokered private placement and will use the funds for working capital.

The company offered 8,320,000 units at 75 cents each. Each unitconsists of a common share and half a warrant, with each full warrant exercisableinto a share for C$1 for 18 months after the issue date.

The company's focus is precious and base metal projects in Argentina,and its flagship is the Chinchillassilver project in Jujuy province.
