EPAT Technologies seeks shareholder approval for name change to PainChek

EPAT Technologies Ltd is seeking shareholder approval to change the company's name to PainChek Ltd.

PainChek is a registered trademark in Australia and the company is working toward trademarks in Europe, the U.S., China and Japan for brand consistency.

The company added that it has reserved PCK as its proposed ticker code with the ASX.
