Banco do Nordeste do Brasil to pay interest on own capital

The board of Banco do Nordeste do Brasil SA approved the payment of interest on own capital for up to 69.0 million Brazilian reais, relating to profits from the first half of 2017.

Shareholders of record as of Aug. 11 will receive payment of about 80.16 centavos per share.

As of Aug. 18, businesses with book-entry shares of the bank will become "ex-interests on own capital."

As of Aug. 8, US$1 was equivalent to 3.13 Brazilian reais.
