Aozora Bank to raise ¥22B by bond issuance

Aozora Bank Ltd. said March 2 that it plans to raise ¥22 billion by issuing unsecured bonds in two tranches.

One tranche comprises a ¥15 billion issuance of three-year bonds with a coupon of 0.100%. The other is a ¥7 billion issuance of five-year bonds with a coupon of 0.190%.

The payment dates are March 9 and Sept. 9 of each year.

As of March 2, US$1 was equivalent to ¥105.54.
