The Insurance Information Institute has named Sean Kevelighanpresident and CEO.

Kevelighan's appointment is effective Aug. 8. He previously servedas the global head of public affairs for ZurichInsurance Group Ltd.

Robert Hartwig, the current president of the organization, willstep down from his positionin August to become a faculty member at the University of South Carolina's DarlaMoore School of Business.
