Middle-market private equity firm Gauge Capital LLC recapitalized irth Solutions Inc. in partnership with the Ohio-based company's owners and management team.

Irth Solutions, which provides 811 ticket management and field service management software, will use the investment to advance its market penetration, expand into other industry verticals and build additional solutions within the field service management space, according to a press release published on the PE Hub Network.

As part of the investment, Gauge Capital's Tom McKelvey and Reid Barnett joined irth's board.

Vaquero Capital was irth's financial adviser in the transaction.
