Robert Fuchs and Mike Hoffman were elected as advisory directors to the boards of Jefferson City, Mo.-based Midwest Independent Bancshares Inc. and unit Midwest Independent Bank.

Fuchs is president and CEO of Community Bank of Marshall, while Hoffman serves as president and CEO of Bank of Sullivan, according to a March 20 news release.
