Shamrock Enterprises Inc. said Feb. 15 that it entered into an option deal to acquire a working interest in the Stellar 1 to 4 mineral tenures, which cover 2,343.58 hectares in British Columbia.
The property is contiguous to the west, north and east of the recently reported porphyry copper style mineralization at ML Gold Corp.'s Stars property.
Shamrock already paid C$10,000 to an arm's-length vendor and is required to pay another C$10,000 as well as issue 1 million shares within 45 days from deal execution.
The company also granted the vendor a 2% net smelter return royalty, half of which can be repurchased for C$1 million.
