2 Indiana CUs to merge

In Indiana, Warsaw-based United Credit Union will merge with Via Credit Union of Marion. The deal is expected to close Feb. 1, 2017, according to FAQs on United's website.

United had assets of $10.9 million as of Sept. 30; Via had $321.3 million.
