Ally Financial Inc. has filed for an offering of an undisclosed amount of two series of senior unsecured notes.

The company is offering 2.700% notes due Aug. 15, 2020, and 3.400% notes due Aug. 15, 2022.

The trade date for the notes is Aug. 7 and the settlement date is Aug. 10.

Incapital LLC, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are acting as the agents for the offering.
