Real estate investor Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc. secured $775 million in capital commitments, exceeding its target, and closed fundraising for its private equity fund Kennedy Wilson Real Estate Fund VI.
Kennedy Wilson contributed $82 million to the fund.
Fund VI has a current portfolio of 12 multifamily, office, retail and other commercial assets.
