Arch Capital units say no major impact on ops from revised eligibility rules

Arch Mortgage Insurance Co. and United Guaranty Residential Insurance Co. said they are compliant with the revised Private Mortgage Insurer Eligibility Requirements, or PMIERs 2.0.

As of June 30, under the revised requirements the companies' sufficiency ratio would have been about 126%, and their estimated available assets would remain above the eligibility requirements.

The companies do not expect PMIERs 2.0 to make a significant impact on operations or have a material impact on their capital positions.

Arch Mortgage and United Guaranty Residential are units of Arch Capital Group Ltd.
