CLS Holdings sells Swedish property for 590M Swedish kronor

CLS Holdings Plcexited Sweden with the saleof an investment property in Vänersborg for 590 million Swedish kronor.

The company said in a filing that it completed the disposal ofthe Vänerparken asset, which is a 418,800-square-foot mixed-use complex. Bengt LindenAB acquired the property, which has office, educational, residential, leisure andmedical facilities.

In addition, the company redeemed at par its 300 million-kronorbonds due 2016. CLS used cash resources to repay the notes, which matured April27.

As of May 3, US$1 was equivalentto 8.02 Swedish kronor.
