Nephros Inc. said that its CFO Andrew Astor is also taking up the position of COO.

Astor has been the company's CFO since Feb. 13, 2017. Previously, he served as president and CFO of Open Source Consulting Group, a services firm.

South Orange, N.J.-based Nephros develops and sells liquid purification filters and hemodiafiltration systems.
