Eureka Group Holdings Ltd. director Robin Levison stepped down from the board of directors, effective March 29.

Levison, who was appointed director and chairman of the company Dec. 24, 2013, relinquished his chairmanship in November 2017, continuing on as a nonexecutive director to ensure a smooth transition.
