* Oak Ridge, N.J.-based Lakeland Bank promoted Henrik Tvedt Jr. to senior vice president, product and delivery channel manager at Oak Ridge.

Tvedt joined Lakeland in May 2014 as the vice president, product and delivery channel manager.

The bank is a unit of Lakeland Bancorp Inc.

* Wichita, Kan.-based Fidelity Bank promoted Matthew Scholfield to manager of private banking, the Kansas City (Mo.) Business Journal reported.

He started at the Fidelity Financial Corp. unit in 2015 as a private banking officer.

* Logan, Ohio-based Citizens Bank of Logan appointed Brian Ogle senior vice president of commercial lending and city executive, The Athens (Ohio) Messenger reported.

Ogle has been serving as a vice president at the Citizens Independent Bancorp Inc. unit, which he joined in 2012.

* Lakeview Bank appointed Glenn Starfield to its board, according to the October-December issue of the newsletter of the Lakeville, Minn.-based bank.

Starfield has owned Express Employment Professionals in Lakeville since 2005.
