Atlantica Yield board director resigns

Atlantica Yield PLC said in a U.S. SEC filing that Gonzalo Urquijo resigned from its board of directors and from the nominating and corporate governance committee.

The company also reported the resignation of Robert Dove from the compensation committee. Dove will remain as independent nonexecutive director of the board. Following the resignations, the nominating and corporate governance committee and the compensation committee will now have three members.

In addition, Atlantica Yield appointed CEO Santiago Seage to its board.
