PHD Equity Partners backs UK chemical manufacturer Technikraft

U.K. chemical product company Technikraft received a significant investment from private equity firm PHD Equity Partners LLP, which backs middle-market and small and medium-sized businesses.

The capital will support Technikraft's growth in new and existing markets.

Technikraft offers own-label cleaners, fuel additives, anticorrosion and lubrication products for multinational oil companies, automotive manufacturers, engineering firms and wholesalers.

Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services provided financial due diligence for PHD Equity, DWF provided legal advice and RSM provided tax advice.

Spinnaker Corporate Finance introduced the transaction to PHD Equity. Spinnaker, together with JMW, advised the shareholders of Technikraft.
