Auto-Owners Insurance Co. announced that it is forming an affiliation with Concord General Mutual Insurance group of companies.

Concord is planning to flesh out its commercial product base through the relationship. The company specializes in personal lines insurance across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts. The affiliation is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. It is expected to close in the second quarter of 2017.
