ClearView Wealth Ltd. said Satoshi Wakuya will resign as a director on its board.

Wakuya will resign from the role immediately prior to the company's annual general meeting on Nov. 20.

In addition, Michael Alscher will be appointed as a nonexecutive director, subject to shareholder approval. Upon assuming his proposed appointment, Alscher's position as alternate director to Nathanial Thomson will be revoked.
