Canadian ZincCorp. said July 7 that it has raised C$10.2 million in the shareissue flagged inJune, after the underwriters exercised the overallotment option infull.

The money is earmarked for funding exploration work on thePrairie Creekzinc project in the Northwest Territories and its Newfoundland properties, aswell as for general working capital purposes.
